Staff helpful, friendly, and generous. Room cleaned daily with fresh bed linen and towels. Alberto and his mum were always available and helpful. Comfortable single mattress.

The rooms were clean and were pleasantly decorated with xmas ornaments, which gave a cozy feeling. The hotel was located close to the city center, making it easy to visit various xmas markets and restaurants in the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast they served was satisfying.
Our overall xmas experience at the hotel was marred by a few unfortunate incidents. The hotel lacked proper sound insulation, and we could hear traffic noises throughout the night, which disrupted our sleep.

We enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the festive atmosphere. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even though the hotel was fully booked. the hotel was also conveniently located near the main shopping district and public transport.
The noise from the street prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. the walls were also quite thin and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly.
